A testimonial for your services, greatly appreciated!
I first met Paul of Plymouth Solutions when he was in my area delivering leaflets explaining his work with computers, giving help when needed for any kind of problem. I jumped at the chance as I was convinced my pc was slow, and couldn’t remember how to operate a backup device I already owned. I was concerned about saving hundreds of photos of my children/grandchild, friends and family - also photos of holidays taken, places visited etc – the usual plethora of snaps and memories!! Plus other important files I need to keep.
We arranged a visit the next day, and Paul arrived promptly on time. He is a very pleasant man, affable and easy to talk to, and doesn’t mind having to repeat instructions or to go over details in depth (on whatever you need!)
Paul showed me how to use the backup system; deleted several unwanted processes which were on my computer; and left after an hour.
I would have no hesitation in contacting him again should I need further help.
